Visa / Mastercard / Paypal

At POMELOSEX you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). We also offer the option to pay via PayPal, which allows you to pay easily and securely without needing to create a new PayPal account.

• Credit card payment

Credit card payment guarantees a simple and secure payment method. The amount will be charged to your credit card immediately after the order is placed. Your credit card information is transferred encrypted using SSL technology, making credit card payment at POMELOSEX very secure.

• PayPal

Protects your financial information with industry-leading fraud prevention and security systems. PayPal is an internationally renowned online payment system.

When using PayPal, financial information is never shared with the merchant. Once payment is completed, the transaction receipt will be sent by email.

Once you have selected your products in our shop, go to the cart, confirm it and select the shipping method that suits you best. In the next step you can choose the payment method.

If your option is PayPal, follow these steps:

1. If you are already a registered PayPal user: enter your login details. In the next step you can confirm the payment.

2. If you are not a PayPal user: Click on the "continue" link located below the text "Don't have a PayPal account?"

2.1. Enter your billing information: choose your credit card and after filling in the required data, click "review order and continue".

2.2. Review payment: At this point you can review the payment. Once completed, click "Pay now" to finalize the transaction.

Bank transfer

You can also make payments by bank transfer through BBVA.

Bank transfer or account deposit is the preferred system for people who are unsure about online payment or using credit cards on the Internet. Bank transfer payment is the most secure system, although it is gradually taking a back seat due to the efficiency and speed of other payment methods.

Bank transfer or account deposit involves a delay in processing your purchase, as the order will not enter the preparation process until the transfer has been confirmed.

The details you need to make the transfer will appear once the order is confirmed. We suggest you include the order number or buyer's name in the bank transaction description. You also have the option to send a copy of the receipt via our contact form. Bank transfers usually take 1 to 2 business days.

To complete the purchase, simply place the order in the shopping cart and choose the payment method. Once payment is made, the order will automatically enter the shipping process. Any transfer costs are borne by the customer.
