We ship your order with all costs included, you won't have to pay anything upon delivery.
We ship to the Canary Islands on Thursdays at 3:00 PM. Between one Thursday and the next, we prepare all shipments destined for the Islands and ship them to the Canaries.
THURSDAY
On Thursday at 3:00 PM our orders to the Canary Islands leave the warehouse. Remember to place your order in advance!
SATURDAY - MONDAY
Over the weekend, your order makes the boat trip to the Islands.
TUESDAY - WEDNESDAY
If you live in Gran Canaria or Tenerife, between Tuesday and Wednesday we'll deliver your order to your business or home. Add 1 more day if you live on another Island
You'll receive your order on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. One more day if you live on another Island (note there may be a delay of up to 7 days due to port procedures beyond our control).
With Pomelosex, you make your purchase in a single transaction. You'll receive your package without complications.
*For logistical reasons, if you place your order on the same day we ship to the Canaries, we may not have time to prepare it, so we recommend placing it at least 24 hours in advance.

- Is there a tracking number?
- Yes. Your order will have a tracking number and you can check the status in your customer panel. The carrier will document it upon arrival in the Canaries and from that moment you can also track it on the carrier's website.
- Will I be notified of delivery?
- Yes, you will receive an SMS to your mobile to notify you of the estimated delivery time slot.
