Manage a return
Art. 68.1 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, of November 16, establishes the Right of Withdrawal, the consumer's ability to cancel the contract by notifying the other party within the established period, without justifying the decision and without any penalty.
The contracting company is obliged to provide the consumer with a clearly identified Withdrawal Document or return management form (Art. 69.1 RDL 1/2007).
The period available to the consumer to exercise this right is 15 days, counted from the date of product receipt by the buyer or collection date by an external agency at our facilities (Art. 71 RDL 1/2007).
Costs generated by the return of the product will be borne by the buyer (excluding warranty products) (Art. 101.1 RDL 1/2007).
What reasons are there for a return?
- If within 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, you wish to return it.
- If the product is under warranty.
- If the product is defective.
- If the received product has transport damage.
